Box Hill Institute is seeking a dynamic Coordinator - Health Programs to lead a team of educators and ensure the delivery of high-quality, industry-relevant training across Individual Support, Ageing and Disability.

This hands-on leadership role places you at the centre of program quality, compliance, educator support, and student success. You’ll drive innovation, strengthen operational effectiveness, and help create an exceptional learning experience for every student.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and mentor educators to deliver high-quality teaching and assessment.
  • Oversee program compliance and quality assurance, ensuring alignment with VET, regulatory and organisational standards.
  • Manage day-to-day program operations, including timetabling, resource allocation and documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement, including curriculum updates, assessment validation and resource development.
  • Build strong relationships with industry partners to maintain program relevance, placement opportunities and workforce alignment.
  • Support student experience and retention through proactive engagement, problem-solving and timely interventions.
  • Monitor program performance and outcomes, using data to guide improvements and meet organisational targets.
  • Contribute to strategic and business planning, including program growth, budgeting and development of new training opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • An approved AQF Level 5 or above qualification in adult education
  • A Certificate III or higher vocational qualification and industry experience relevant to that delivered within the Health Programs department.
